My friend who just got baptized lied about his age. Should I tell the Bishop?

It's been a year now since he has been baptized. He told the Bishop last year that he was 26, but he was really 30. Now he's 31, but they think he's 27. He lied because he wants to stay in the singles ward. I told him that I may inform the Bishop, and he told me that he did it so he can find his companion. I understand where he is coming from, but now I am in a bind. What should I do?
